VANITY FURR

All of our girls at VF are animal first aid and CPR trained, along with animal psychology and animal care qualifications. Our main goal is to provide a professional service with a personal touch! We treat every client as a very important pet and all our grooms are done to the highest standards, with upmost care and attention to your dog or cat.

We specialise in giant breeds, difficult, aggressive and nervous dogs!

& We promise to give you a service you can't fault.

CHARGES AND POLICIES 

Cancellation fees - time is reserved to groom your dog/cat, if for any reason you need to cancel or swap your appointment please give us at 48 hours notice, this allows us time to fill your dogs/cats space.

If you fail to give 48 hours notice you will be required to pay 50% of your groom price before rebooking. 

No notice/No shows will need to pay 100% of your groom price before you can rebook.

Late fees - please be on time to your appointment for both dropping off AND collecting, we can hold your space for 15 minutes ONLY, any later than this will have a domino effect on our day and run us into our next dogs/cats. Therefore if you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment you will need to rebook and a same day cancellation fee will apply.
